Hello! I thought I would take the time to introduce myself in order for you to get to know a little bit about me, my journey, beliefs and experiences.
I am a Personal Trainer and Online Coach based in Auckland, New Zealand. I am originally a qualified teacher, I found my love for training and nutrition through my own weight loss journey.
Over the course of my journey I found a big passion in educating, supporting and learning about this industry and feel that I can help create a positive impact in supporting people to reach their goals!
I believe that working with a trainer should be about how they can teach and support you to become more confident, educated and autonomous around your health and fitness goals!
I am excited to learn and grow as a trainer, and help support some people along the way!

My journey is on-going, always learning, developing and changing!
We go through seasons where we focus on different aspects of life, my own health and fitness changes. As you can see I myself have gone through many different stages. The only thing that I did not do was to give up, there were times where progress may have been slower as other things took priority but I kept showing up day by day.
All of those small steps allowed me to continue to make progress towards my goals, it is not ‘all or nothing’. It is just implementing what you can, how you can no matter how small.
