Online Coaching

Online Coaching Package: Tier One

$50 Per Week

  • Initial zoom or phone consult to help me get to know you, your current fitness levels, your training history and your training preferences.

  • Weekly client check ins and feedback.

  • Exercise and cardio programming via in app access (home, gym or combination options available).

  • Mindset development.

  • App access for programming and coach communication access.

  • Individual client tracking sheet to track progress.

  • Video feedback on exercise movements.

  • Monthly coaching calls.

Online Coaching Tier Two

Online Coaching Package: Tier Two

$40 Per Week

  • Initial zoom or phone consult to help me get to know you, your current fitness levels, your training history and your training preferences.

  • Fortnightly client check ins and feedback.

  • Exercise and cardio programming via in app access (home, gym or combination options available).

  • Mindset development.

  • App access for programming and coach communication access (during coaching hours).

  • Individual client tracking sheet to track your results

  • Video feedback on exercise movements (fortnightly)

Training Only Programming

Training Only:

$20 Per Week

  • Initial consult to help me get to know you, your current fitness levels, your training history and your training preferences.

  • Individualised training program block every 6-8 weeks via in app access.

  • 4 Weekly program adjustments.

  • Training video feedback (4 Videos per week) to help you get the most out of your training program and with any aggregations or discomforts you may experience through preforming certain movement patterns.

Personal Training Sessions

In Person Training Sessions:

$35 Per Session - 45 Minutes

  • Initial consult to help me get to know you, your current fitness levels, your training history and your training preferences.

  • Individualised training session that will help keep you motivated and support you in reaching your goals!

  • Technique and form feedback

  • Combine with Online Coaching for the ultimate package in person and self directed training experience!

Limited times and availability*

In Person Group Training

In Person Training - 4 People Max

$80 Per Session

  • 60 Minute group training session that can be used to take you through a group session workout or used to really focus and refine your exercise techniques!

Awesome option if you want to keep accountable with a Coach alongside your friends!
